- Problem
- A mature product with strong functionality (Face-ID time tracking, payroll, KPI analytics), but weak brand awareness and lead flow. The site didn't reflect the platform's level and converted poorly.
- Solution
- Took full marketing ownership: strategy, positioning, traffic, and content. In parallel, reworked the site — structure, copy, and conversion blocks for real segments (retail, HoReCa, manufacturing, distribution). Separately launched a podcast as a promotion channel and expert-brand builder.
