This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how PRODEXA ("we", "the operator") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users of the prodexa.tech website (the "Site").

By using the Site and submitting a request, you confirm your agreement with this Policy. The Policy is prepared in line with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

Data you provide (through the request form):

  • name;
  • contact method and details (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email);
  • company or startup name (optional);
  • task or project description (optional).

Data collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type and version, operating system;
  • referral source, pages viewed, on-Site actions;
  • cookie and analytics data (see Section 6).

3. Purposes of processing

We process data to:

  • respond to your request and contact you;
  • prepare an estimate, scope, and terms for the project;
  • improve the Site and the quality of our services;
  • maintain traffic statistics and analytics.

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a request (Art. 6 of 152-FZ; Art. 6 GDPR — consent and legitimate interest).

5. Sharing with third parties

Requests submitted through the form are delivered to our working Telegram messenger for prompt handling. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for any other purpose, except as required by law.

Services involved: Telegram (request notifications), Yandex (web analytics), the Site's hosting provider.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and the Yandex Metrica web-analytics service, including the Webvisor technology (recording of anonymized on-page actions) to analyze visitor behavior. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some Site features may then work incorrectly.

7. Storage and security

We keep data no longer than necessary for the stated purposes and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, and deletion.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • request access to your data and a copy of it;
  • request correction or deletion of your data;
  • withdraw consent to processing;
  • restrict or object to processing.
